Return & Refund policy
Lasoft offers a 7-day standard return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return or exchange, you can contact us HERE, or call us via WhatsApp numbers. The procedure may take up to 10 days until we receive the returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- When your return is successfully processed, Lasoft support team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. To start refunding, it may take 3-5 working days for the procedure and 5-7 working days to refund the money.
- If you received a defective, damaged item or if you receive the wrong item, we will refund the whole amount of money, including the shipping expense paid by the purchaser.
- If you received a good condition item or the right item without any damage, and you request a return for the same condition you have received, we will refund the whole amount of money, including shipping expense paid by the purchaser to ship the products back to an address provided by Lasoft team.

Lasoft will create a request to return when the purchaser offers a request, and the delivery company will receive the returned item from your address.
